Anthony DiNenna, CPA - Managing Member
Mr. DiNenna joined DiNenna & Associates in 1977, becoming a Principal in 1985. This small business firm had its focus on the Tax, Accounting, and Consulting needs of small businesses and individuals. Mr. DiNenna became a Managing Director of American Express Tax & Business Services in 1998 when he merged his firm with American Express. He joined with Mr. Lee & others in 2000 to form the predecessor company DiNenna Iwanczuk CPA's LLC and then their current firm DiNenna Lee CPA's LLC, once again concentrating on service to small to mid-size companies and individuals. Mr DiNenna is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Maryland Institute of CPAs, and the Association of Practicing CPAs.

Boonkeng Lee, CPA - Principal
Mr. Lee has over 15 years of public accounting experience. He received his B.B.A degree in Accounting from Northeastern Louisiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lee specializes in providing accounting and tax services to small and medium-sized companies and individuals, and also assists in the planning and strategy of various business and real estate transactions. Mr. Lee joined the firm in 2000 and became a member of the firm in 2003.

Jeanette Pakenham, Principal
Ms.Pakenham has worked with the DiNenna family business since 1985 becoming a Principal of the predecessor company, DiNenna Lee CPA's LLC in January 2009. She specializes in providing accounting and tax services to a variety of small to mid-size businesses with her focus on Construction. She provides onsite client services including out sourced CFO skills as well as maintaining our in-house client base. She also manages and oversees the staff accounts of DiNenna Lee CPA's. Ms. Pakenham is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers.
