Anthony DiNenna, CPA - Managing Member
Mr. DiNenna joined DiNenna & Associates in 1977, becoming a Principal in 1985. This small business firm had its focus on the Tax, Accounting, and Consulting needs of small businesses and individuals. Mr. DiNenna became a Managing Director of American Express Tax & Business Services in 1998 when he merged his firm with American Express. He joined with Mr. Lee & others in 2000 to form the predecessor company DiNenna Iwanczuk CPA's LLC and then their current firm DiNenna Lee CPA's LLC, once again concentrating on service to small to mid-size companies and individuals. Mr DiNenna is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Maryland Insitute of CPAs, and the Association of Practicing CPAs.

Boonkeng Lee, CPA - Member
Mr. Lee has over 15 years of public accounting experience. He received his B.B.A degree in Accounting from Northeastern Louisiana University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Lee specializes in providing accounting and tax services to small and medium-sized companies and individuals, and also assists in the planning and strategy of various business and real estate transactions. Mr. Lee joined the firm in 2000 and became a member of the firm in 2003.

Michael K. Shelby, CPA, MST - Senior Tax Manager
Mr. Shelby has nearly 20 years of experience in public accounting. He received his B.S. degree in Management Studies from the University of Maryland and his Master of Science degree in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants where he is also a member of the federal tax committee. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, tax section. Mr. Shelby specializes in providing tax planning and compliance services to individuals and businesses. He has worked extensively with high net-worth individuals and small to large-sized companies on a wide range of tax issues and business transactions.
